Pallet spray is used in screen printing to keep T-shirts, jackets, or any material from moving while printing. Any movement of the substrate will cause undesirable prints, and make multi- color registration impossible.
There are 3 pallet spray adhesives
1) Spray on pallet when flashing plastisol ink
2) Spray on pallet when not flashing plastisol ink
3) Spray (Web Spray) on pallet when screen printing on sweats
How To Use 1) Remove the plastic cover
2) Point the nozzle at the pallet
3) Hold the can about 6 inches from the pallet
4) Push down on the nozzle while swinging the can from one side of the pallet to the other.
Pallet Adhesives Spay on pallet board to hold fabric securely to the pallet while printing.

TB10 is a water base pallet adhesive. Should the pallet lose adhesivness, simply wipe the pallet with a wet sponge, to reactivate. You can expect to replace 6 cases of pallet spray, with one gallon of pallet adhesive. You can apply TB10 with the target system TB 100.
Clean up with denatured Alcohol, It needs to soak before cleaning.
For hand spread TB10 use TB-HV

Frame Adhesive
Screen printing adhesive has come a long way in the screen printing industry, especially when working with Cyanoacrylate glue. When working with wood frames, the preparation of the wood is relatively simple. Sand the wood down, dust it off, and your ready to glue the mesh to the wood. Aluminum frames require a rough surface which needs to be cleaned several times to improve the adhesion of the glue. There are different adhesives for different mesh counts.
When Choosing the correct frame glue to be used in screen printing, consider...
1) wood or aluminum frame
2) which polyester mesh counts will be used.
3) Centipoise or CPS (Viscosity) of the glue
4) Glues chemical resistance
Frame Adhesive An adhesive or glue used to hold mesh onto wood or aluminum frame, used in the screen printing process.
1200 Primer - Used with flex glue, it activates the glue in 3 seconds. A water based activator. low odor. 16 Ounce Cans, Gallon.
300 Flex - A low viscosity adhesive for wood or aluminum and steel frames.16 Ounce
