How To Dry Emulsion Coated Screens

Here is the procedure you should follow after coating your screens after coating with emulsion.

1. Place coated screen into a rack, (horizontally) squeegee side up.
2. Rack should be in an area with a tempuature of 85-90º, humidity 38-41%. Should take 6-8 hours to dry.
3. Store emulsion coated screens in a tempurature of 77-80º, with a humidity of 40-45%.
